Current Opportunities:

Maintains production of batch tickets by following specific instructions per batch.

Duties:

  • Follow formulation and work order instructions
  • Set up and start tank or ribbon blender
  • Obtain and understand all documentation for making batches and ensure correct ingredients for each batch
  • Use hand-held scanner to register quantity used per raw for the batch
  • Weigh chemicals and pump or pour them into mixing tank
  • Activate mixing tank agitators with timers
  • Read gauges on mixing tank and adjust temperature and flow accordingly
  • Monitor raw material usage on each batch
  • Submit sample solutions to laboratory for analysis and adjustments
  • Clean equipment
  • Complete paperwork and documentation for batches promptly
  • Follow safety and PPE requirements
  • Refer issues to supervisor
  • Able to lift 60 pounds and roll 300 pound drums
  • Maintain clean and safe work area
  • Pull raw material from tanker
  • Contribute to team effort
  • Perform other related duties

Maintain production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and
supplies, packaging and staging finished products, and receiving incoming materials.

Duties:

  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, recording, and placing materials and supplies in stock
  • Locate materials and supplies from production orders
  • Maintain in-process inventory
  • Receive credit-return material and supplies
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment
  • Record and document product shipments
  • Receive and document ordered raw material and supplies
  • Pull raw material from tanker
  • Contribute to team effort

  • Prior manufacturing plant experience in chemical material handling
  • Prior tow motor certification

Ques has an immediate opening in our Customer Service Department. Your daily exposure will be very diverse.

Duties:

  • Use Sage X3 Manufacturing Software to enter, process, and prepare all shipping documents for sales orders received
    from customers via email, fax, or phone
  • Maintain database for new and existing customers
  • Answer calls from customers, assist with customer quotes, service their needs, or route to the appropriate person
  • Review status of open sales orders and notify customers
  • Assist customer service department with daily tasks including:
    • order entry
    • processing shipped orders
    • SDS
    • product labels
    • invoicing
    • freight duties
  • Provide customers with superior customer service
  • Route incoming mail and calls

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or administrative roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively, problem solving, and multi-task
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Time management skills
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, positive attitude, and ethically and challenge-driven
  • Function successfully with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with manufacturing software
